“Hollywood smile Turkey” and “smile makeover Istanbul” are the phrases patients type when they want a visible, even, brighter smile in one trip. The risk is that the phrase gets sold as a fixed product: the same white, the same shape, ten or twenty teeth, regardless of what is already there.
A smile makeover here is a plan, not a catalogue. It starts with the face and the existing teeth. Some cases need laminate veneers. Some need a mix with zirconia. Some need bleaching, edge bonding, or no ceramic at all.

What the phrase should mean
In clinic language a smile makeover is the coordinated change of colour, length, width and the line the teeth make against the lip. Hollywood smile is a marketing name for the same intention when someone wants a more even, lighter result.
It is not a brand of porcelain and it is not a tooth count. Quoting “20 veneers, Hollywood shade” before an examination is a shopping list. The examination may show that eight teeth need veneers, two need crowns, and the rest should be left alone.
Design first, ceramic second
The useful order is the one used in digital smile planning: photograph and examine, decide the incisal edge position relative to the lip, try the shape while it is still reversible, then choose a material per tooth.
A single opaque white on every visible tooth is easy to photograph and easy to sell. It is also how a makeover starts to look like a set of piano keys. Natural enamel is not one shade from gum to edge.
Doing this as a trip to Istanbul
Patients flying in for a smile makeover still need the same two-appointment laboratory interval as a veneer case when ceramic is involved. The online conversation can show whether the request is a makeover or a reconstruction.
If the photographs already suggest gum disease, large broken-down teeth, or a bite that will destroy thin porcelain, that should be said before anyone buys a ticket.
